This Victorian semi detached villa was refurbished throughout, including the complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical services and the addition of a side and rear extension at lower ground floor level. The extension allowed for the remodelling of the lower ground floor to create a semi-open plan kitchen and dining space with a study to the rear overlooking the extensively re-landscaped garden. Whilst much of the remodelling of the house involved the reinstatement of traditional details and finishes, the house retains a modern interpretation of many of those details.
