After a lengthy process of negotiations with the planners and local residents, at a planning committee meeting held on Monday 9th January Lipton Plant Architects gained consent for five new one-bedroom apartments to be added to Jameson Lodge, a private residential building containing 11 flats on Shepherds Hill in the Crouch End Conservation Area.

Ben Clark joins us from the Welsh School of Architecture where he graduated this year. He is completing his year in practice with Lipton Plant Architects, before returning to the WSA to complete his masters. He is looking forward showing off his creative skills on some of our most exciting projects currently under development.
